One standard For all kitchens.

KtchnQualified (KQ) is a certificate program that aims to standardize training for people who work in professional kitchens. It consists of four courses, the KtchnQualified Course, KQ II, KQ III, and KQ IV, and offers individual certificates for each course in a vertical stack.

ACCELERATED TRAINING FOR WORKING PROFESSIONALS.

We fast-track learning so that working professionals can get up to speed quickly. Courses range from two to three days and train on the essential skills and standards professionals need to know at each stage of their careers, whether they’re cooking in a hospitality or institutional setting. After each course, learners return to their respective kitchens, equipped with the knowledge and confidence they need to thrive.

HOW DOES KQ WORK?

Each course combines classroom lectures with in-kitchen demonstrations and hands-on practice. This approach gives learners an opportunity to apply the course material in a kitchen environment, so they can practice new skills and understand how these concepts impact their day-to-day work.

Right now, all courses take place at our partners' facilities, however, we plan to open dedicated KQ kitchen spaces in the future to administer the program.

We’re currently rolling out the KtchnQualified Course to foodservice teams across the US. Stay tuned for updates about KQ II, KQ III, and KQ IV, which are currently in development.
